The psych sheet has been posted at the host team’s website…..here is the link to that website….
REMEMBER…..Indianapolis is on Eastern Standard Time and we are on Central Standard Time…..they are one hour ahead of us.
Please review the meet packet for the administrative rules for this meet.
ALL swimmers are expected to be on deck on time for the START of their scheduled warm up sessions. The warm up times are posted in a link on the Age Group State website.
Swimmers that have over entered in the meet must meet with Coach John prior to the start of the Friday morning warm ups (if they are 11 & Over) or prior to the start of the Friday midday warm ups (if they are 10 & U) to pick which events to eliminate.
ALL swimmers are expected to remain on deck with the team throughout the session until their last event is over. Parents, if you are sending your children on deck with food, please remind them to treat the IU Natatorium with the same respect they would as if it were your kitchen floor. Too many times in the past our swimmers intentionally drop and leave their food and/or wrappers or drink bottles on the pool deck for the coaches to pick up afterward. Swimmers will be instructed that they will no longer be allowed to eat on deck if this continues.

Attention All Swim Families:
Sign-ups begin this week and all returning swimmers/families will need to register using the on-line registration system. The link can be found on the club website at www.crownpointswimclub.org.There will be no need for returning families to come to the high school to register. Simply sign up on-line over the next few days and bring your payment (and the applicable paperwork listed below) to the pool on the first day of practice, Tuesday or Wednesday, April 13-14, 2010.
All fees that are past due must be paid before your child is allowed to start the new season. Adjustments have been made to each individual on-line account to reflect any outstandings including carried forward escrow balances through the end on last season .These amounts however, will not be combined with your registration expenses for the new season. Therefore please ensure that you review your on line account prior to sign ups and be prepared to satisfy any previous seasons outstandings in full separately, prior to registration. If you have any questions please contact Mike Artim directly via email at mpartim@ameritech.net.
As previously stated ALL families are required to register on-line. However, families will still need to download from the website and hand in the following forms – USA Seasonal Athlete Registration (only for new swimmers), Parent Participation Policy and Check, Meet Entry Escrow Policy, Meet Sign up and Meet Volunteer Sign up forms. These forms, the Parent Participation check ($100) and any registration payments can be handed in on the first day of practice. Families that have fulfilled their Winter Parent Participation requirements and have no outstanding fees will be able to pick up their winter season Participation check at this time. Any participation checks from the winter season not collected will be destroyed. If you do not have the ability to use the on-line facility please contact one of the board members or coaching staff and we will happily assist you with the process.
You will see that the board was able to hold the registration fees at the same level as last year. We will be having at least one fundraiser this summer. The first one will be buying a minimum of “five” Restaurant Gift Cards. You have the choice of either buying $100 worth of the Restaurant Gift Cards which you can sell to recoup your investment or elect to pay a buy out fee of $50 which fulfills your obligation. Both options will be payable in full at registration. If you did not choose the buyout, your Restaurant Gift Cards will be ordered in a timely manner. The delivery time is about 2 weeks from the time the order is placed. ANY late sign-ups will only be given the buy out option since the club orders only what we need. The need for a second fundraiser will be determined at a later date.
Unfortunately we will not be able to pro-rate any of the summer fees and any family that chooses to sign-up late will be expected to pay for the full season.
Thanks you all for your support and understanding in getting this process completed.
Respectively,
The CPSC Board
Hello CPSC Members:
I am very excited to introduce this years CPSC SpiritWear. We have a wide variety of items to choose from and items priced in a variety of price ranges. Samples of the items will be available to view the week of Oct 19th. I will send an email stating which day I will be at the pool with these items. I would be happy to answer any questions you have regarding the items or how to fill out the forms. The kids love wearing the items displaying the team logo. The swimmers love to see their fans in the stands proudly displaying their CPSC gear. There is 5 full color catalog pages for parents to view the items available for sale and a order form that is 3 pages long. So, there is 6 attachments in total. These pages will be available to view via this email, on the clubs website crownpointswimclub.org and at the pool. I will attach sheets to the bulletin board in the pool hallway and they can be viewed in the white binders located in the rolling cart. I would like to receive all orders by Nov 10th. Orders can be placed in the black mailbox attached to the rolling cart. Please include a check payable to CPSC with your order.
Thank you in advance for your order!!!!!! Happy Ordering!!!!!!
